Its not rocket science , you put your corn dough, you squish it and you get a tortilla. I have seen some of the reviews of people trying to make flour tortillas and ending in an epic failure, you have to roll those with a rolling pin (Amazon has a deal on those too, lol). No shortcuts to that. As far as this product , it didnt bring world peace, solved world hunger , or helped me find a unicorn, but it did perform within the specified parameters , yielding raw symetrical corn masses [aka tortillas] ( lol). My advice to everyone, please be kind to sellers, they make their living on here, they cannot change the laws of physics to make this product assemble raw flour discs [aka flour tortillas.] Its a simple, reliable and economical [corn]tortilla press , did its job effectively and efficiently. And lastly I recommend everyone try blue corn tortillas, they are the healthiest [tastiest] way to incorporate tortillas in a healthy lifestyle.
