Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered three of these bookcases. Two came rather quickly and were in perfect condition. The other came in a dented up, destroyed box with footprints on the boards. This was due to UPS delivery. I called Amazon immediately and they are sending out a replacement unit and paid for returned shipping on the damaged unit. As for the shelves themselves, I really like them. Assembly took some time, but I was able to put both shelves together in an afternoon. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Once assembled, the shelves look really nice and were quite sturdy. I can't wait until I have the third one to fill the wall.
