effective in improving lymphatic health
why should you care about your lymph system?
The lymph fluid acts like the clean-up crew for your body. You know that you are made of water and fluids. There are very few solid parts of your body. All of those fluids are usually contained in cells. There are some fluids found between the cells or actually seep out of the cells. This intercellular fluid slowly begins to accumulate and must be returned to the cells and the blood stream. Enter the lymph system. The lymph system gathers those fluids and returns them to your blood. The lymph system is also closely associated with your immune system and swelling of tissues after an injury. The lymph fluid moves through the vessels as you move the voluntary muscles in your body. Ever go on a plane and have your feet swell up? Because you are sitting in one place and not moving around, fluid collects in your feet and they swell. The more you move, the more effective your lymphatic system becomes. lymph nodes are often found in your thighs, armpits, and neck and are essential parts of your immune system. The nodes are actually accumulations of lymph tissue that serve a few purposes. They are great filters of foreign materials that can hurt your body. Bacteria and cancer cells often enter the lymph system and intercellular fluids are collected. Those tiny cells can be removed by the lymph cells and digested (on a cellular level). Not only do your nodes remove cells, they also create cells called lymphocytes. Those lymphocytes are white blood cells used by the immune system to produce antibodies or hunt down pathogens and eat them (using phagocytosis).
Because lymph cleanses nearly every cell in your body, symptoms of chronic lymph blockage are diverse but can include worsened allergies and food sensitivities, frequent cold and flu infections, joint pain, headaches and migraines, menstrual cramps, arthritis, fibrocystic breasts, breast tenderness, sinusitis, loss of appetite and GI issues, muscle cramping, tissue swelling, fatigue, mental fuzziness, mood irregularities, depression, parasites, skin breakouts, acne, and cellulite. In general, you may feel tired and toxic, with a heaviness in your abdomen.
Stagnant lymph can also interfere with the system’s ability to cleanse more potentially hazardous concerns, such as bacteria and cancerous or diseased cells from organ tissue. Viral infections, bacteria, and cancerous or mutagenic cells move through the lymph fluid, where they are targeted and destroyed in the lymph nodes — when the system is adequate to the task.
So what can you do?
Lymphatic massage is one way. Enzymes, detox and colon cleanse are also helpful. A good protocol of natural supplements designed to assist but not interfere with your bodies natural ability to heal itself. Lymphomax is a high quality blend of herbs proven to be effective in improving lymphatic health, whether in their ability to increase lymphatic flow and drainage or in expediting the clearance of toxins. These herbs are famous for maintaining the cleanliness of the lymphatic system and thus for naturally removing toxins from deep within the body on an on-going basis.
I used Lymphomax and found it to be the best product on the market so far. I have used singular herbs and blends from other brands but this is by far the . I urge you to not rely solely on a supplement. clean up your diet, drink plenty of lemon water and MOVE your body...get exercise to start moving things around.
I hope this review helped!
