This is a monster of a deep fryer and it means business but in a good way. First off the complete stainless steal construction is nice and very easy to clean and it adds a modern look to any kitchen. Assembly is simple and the fryer breaks down very easy to make it easy to clean. The information book comes with detailed cleaning instructions as well as tips. I love the fact that the oil basket is removable so you can clean your oil and reuse it and it makes cleaning a lot simpler. The fry basket itself has a detachable handle that makes it great to store when the fryer is not in use. And the sleek design of the fryer makes it able to store on a shelf out of the way saving you counter space when it is not in use "BE SURE IT IS COOL FIRST". The temp controls are very easy to figure out and it maintains very even heat. Food cooks fast. This fryer has many uses rather you have a restaurant, concession stands, mobile kitchens or even home use like me. I hate all the deep fryers on the market you know the round ones that the oil holder is built in and it is hard to get it good and clean for the fear of getting water in the electrical system and the plastic housing stays sticky and has build up no matter what you do or those similar fryers that have a nice restaurant style design but the frame and metal are flimsy dent and are still very hard to clean. This deep fryer beats them all hands down no deep fryer on the market that I have tried "and I have tried tons" can compete with this fryer. First thing I did was deep fry some chicken wings 20 at a time something that would have taken 5 or 6 rounds in similar fryers that give you half the frying space. I can finally make funnel cakes and when it comes time to set up booths for the town events in the park I can take this puppy along and sell some amazing food. I am so happy I got the chance to try this puppy out! I did think it would be a bit much but it is perfect. The price is good and this fryer will last for many years! Cleaning the oil in between oil changes has never been easier saving money, Simple to clean and simple to operate, Cooking more food at one time are all things you are going to enjoy when you take my advice and get this fryer. It is not very heavy as you would think a fryer of its size would be and the cover lid keeps your oil clean and your counter tops clean as well.
