I went online to see how people were using that sprayer and it looked really easy. I went on to try at home and my first spray was a total disaster -- I could not find the happy medium between under and over spraying. With more practice, I got much better results and ended up loving this product, as this is way faster than brushes or rollers. A few learning from my experience: (a) Buy the part to check the viscosity of your paint. This is the main limit of this sprayer - it is not really good at spraying very thick material. Once you dilute the paint to the right viscosity (I even went 50% higher than the upper part of the recommended range), it makes spraying a ton easier, (b) Make sure the plastic tube that brings the paint from the container to the sprayer is connected tightly - use both hands to make sure it's tight -- I had issues in the beginning because of that (c) Let the paint rest. That was the biggest aha for me -- once you spray something, the result may look uneven (a bit like an orange peel) but the paint will even out when drying, (d) You hear everywhere to protect surrounding areas and wear a mask. I highly recommend doing that indeed. I actually bought the tent as I needed to finish some cabinets indoor.
