I have seen the recent negative reviews on the Vanilla paste here on Amazon and it made me second guess my purchase. I went outside of Amazon and did a little more research and found that Nielsen Massey is the number one vanilla recommended by all of my favorite chefs and baking bloggers. I just started Keto and needed help drinking my bullet coffee and was searching for a good quality vanilla to add. I am so glad that I purchased Nielsen Massey! It is perfect for my morning Bullet Coffee and makes it bearable. I did not have any of the problems that I have read about lately. So if you are wondering about it, give it a try!
