I bought the black dress with buttons in a small and medium to compare sizes. I usually wear a medium in ladies or a large in juniors. I am 5'7 with a small chest, 145 lbs. The medium is pretty big around the armpits but the rest fits great. A hair on the long side. The small fits me perfectly in the chest, but is a hair shorter than I'd like it. The buttons are sewn on so you can't unbutton it, but I guess that doesn't really matter. The material is good quality, heavier than you would think. Great buy!
