This is by far my favorite brand of stevia. I think the taste profile is less bitter than many stevia brands and I like that it's in water rather than alcohol. I also really like how easy it is to dispense from the squeeze bottle. I use it in carbonated water, lemonade, coffee, and tea. I also occasionally use it in cooking and it works just fine. I do keep it in the refrigerator. I often serve homemade lemonade at parties that I make with 1/4 the amount of sugar, then NatriSweet to replace 3/4 of the sugar--and no one notices the difference. I have definitely not had that kind of success with all brands of stevia (and I have tried many of them).
