I love having clean teeth, but I drink a lot of black coffee. Even so, I am a 2/3 on the included chart that comes with these. I just whitened my teeth about three weeks ago after I finally went to the dentist (which I love to do, stupid Covid). My hygienist told me right after getting your teeth cleaned is the best time to use strips. I really wanted to try them and went ahead and did it one week earlier than I should. Let's start with the basics. The box is what I need. All other brands have a huge box that doesn't fit in my medicine cabinet. This one has a small box that holds them and fits easily in my cabinet. No more strays floating around. The strips themselves are 14 pairs for $15 bucks. Much cheaper than the name brands. They are just like the expensive no-slip Crest ones. (I don't even know why Crest makes the slipping ones anymore). They peeled off the sheet, put on my teeth, and stayed there for 45 minutes. I had no problems with cold or hot sensitivity the next day. (I lost track of time, about two years ago and kept a Crest pair on for almost two hours. That hurt and I will never do that again). Since my teeth are a 2/3 on the chart, I am really only in maintenance. I like these strips a lot. There was no foaming at the mouth like another off-brand I tried. I don't like the trays or the blue light, just give me strips that don't foam and I am happy. The flavor is clean too. I definitly recommend these. They are just as good as Crest for less money.
