My old iron died and I needed a good steam iron. I researched carefully and felt like this one had it all, except perhaps being a little heavy for my arthritic hands, but it was a typical weight so I went with it. I never write reviews but was so impressed with how this iron is working for me that I felt compelled to write one. This appliance heats up very quickly, is easy to use, and does a SUPER job getting out wrinkles, steaming control, you name it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there is one tiny annoying feature that I think the manufacturers could easily improve upon should they choose to do so. The dial one uses to increase or decrease the steam setting is so loose that I keep hitting it when my fingers while I am ironing and I keep having to readjust it. If it were just a little tighter, it would be perfect and I would give this iron 5 stars. Very happy customer.
