I was concerned when I picked up the parcel and it smelled good that a few of the bottles had broken in shipping. They hadn't but the tops are of poor quality and about half of them leaked. However, they did not leak so much that I wanted to return them. You get what you pay for, I guess. I would purchase these again due to the variety of essential oils you receive at a pretty reasonable price. I will ensure none of the bottles tip over though so they do not leak out again. Update: Seller contacted me not once, but twice. They have replaced the order completely and followed up to ensure that nothing was broken or leaking. I will definitely purchase from this seller again. I am very impressed with their customer service skillfulness.
