The biggest issue I had was assembly. The instructions are only available online but the website is unbelievably slow - it took over 5 hours to load. I ended up bypassing Miracle Gro's site and going to the manufacturers website which was also slow to load but it was not a secured site so I was able to just pull the files via another method. I have attached images of the assembly instructions. These really should have been made available on the sale page. The product is excellent but the marketing/sales teams absolutely dropped the ball.
