Installation and setup were not a problem for me. However, I felt the speed sensor had a better fit on the front hub. My rear hub (Ksyrium SL, SSC hub) was too narrow for the device to sit flush on the hub barrel. Head unit linked without a problem. No noticeable issues with quality of data. A good upgrade. One note: When turning on the head unit (Edge 500) it seems to sequentially link to the HR monitor, the speed sensor and then the cadence sensor. Each ANT+ device takes a moment to get synched up. Adds a minute or two to the process of getting going. Not really an issue, more an observation.
