My Dermatologist told me to take 2/day to prevent skin cancer! Have had few issues with skin cancer (despite being a sun lover)..until I went to a pulmonologist, was tested in a machine, and started using a COPD inhaler! Using ANY lung inhaler produces squamous cell carcinoma skin cancers to appear on my lower legs within 1 week! Holy Kryptonite! This product has helped the general condition of my body skin, has even helped reduce/eliminate dark brown spots around body, and has seemed to cut down on my carcinomas. Most of my lung constriction is from GERD and intolerable ingredients in my supplements such as magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, etc. Obviously, I stopped using the stupid inhaler! Highly Recommended product!
