These cotton panties--the same I've been wearing for over 60 years, I swear--are well made and of breathable cotton. Cotton underwear, as unglamourous as it is, makes you feel less hot and is less likely to cause urinary tract infections and, since we're not going for style here, white is the most utilitarian color since anything with bright colors or patterns is more likely to show through some garments. When ordering, keep in mind that they will shrink a tad (not a lot) when you first launder them. Since I'm not going for glamour here, I think it's important to note that panty liners stick very well to cotton panties.
