It's a typical glass screen protector. Nice slick touch to it. The oleophobic coating does its job. Fingerprints and smudges are kept to a minimum. The installation tool that is part of the package made this the easiest screen protector I've ever installed. I watched their video and it was much easier to follow that than following the written instructions. Some people complained about dust. Besides wiping the screen for dust. I also wiped the inside of the installation tool with the wet wipe to cut down on another possible source of dust. This is first time I've had an installation without any air bubbles. This screen protector cost a bit more, but I feel it’s worth it. I’ve had other brands that had inconsistent oleophobic coating on it. Installation tool greatly simplifies installation. March 2019: The oleophobic coating on this screen protector has done a much better than average job of controlling fingerprints and smudges. Jun5, 2020: I bought a replacement. I hit the phone into the side of the kitchen cabinet. I had dropped the phone and I was trying to catch it and ended up swatting the phone into the kitchen cabinet. There's a small crack right on the edge of the screen protector. Must have just hit the edge of the counter top. The old one didn't have any scratches on it since I did my first install. The new was replaced within a few of minutes. Beginning with removal and cleaning of the phone. Installation turned out good and it was quick. Maybe 30 seconds.
