“Clanlands” arrived to find me ill, feeling like I was dying of the flu and awaiting results of Covid test. I started reading this Classy looking book with two beautiful Scottish men on the cover. Oh my goodness I think there’s a conspiracy to kill me. Forget the flu and Covid, as I read I thought I would die laughing. Sooo hilarious. At times, deeply moving. Always entertaining and bringing to life Scottish history and the majesty and beauty of the Scottish Highlands. Feel much better after reading it. Laughter is, after all, the best medicine!
