I have many olive type oils and balsamic vinegars that I use for drizzling, dipping, and cooking and find this oil to be one of my favorites. I use this with Giuseppe Giusti Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico Di Modena set out on the table with a loaf of fresh baked sourdough bread for dipping and drizzling along with chunks of Parmigiano-Reggiano. This olive oil has a distinct peppery flavor with fruity overtones that I enjoy.
