Okay, listen. Like everyone else in the world, I haven't had to wear real clothes in a year. If I've had to wear shoes to take trash or get mail, it's been in Crocs, slippers, or sneakers. No shame in it. We're all in the same boat. But circumstances dictated that I had to look like a real human for a few hours on one day. I bought these because I knew I'd be walking on sketchy surfaces, and I knew I'd have to be comfortable (so no pointy-toed stilettos). These were an absolute slam dunk. I was able to stand, hold a giant toddler, chase aforementioned toddler, walk, sit, stand, all without realizing I was wearing shoes that elevated me far above my usual heights. I never write reviews (in spite of my 250,000 Amazon orders during the pandemic) but I figured if this helps anyone, it'd be worth it.
