18 months old safe and failed to open , barely used it - inside very cheaply made - many locking parts made out of plastic , basically in my case 3 lock/combination plates stock together ( plastic); 2 hrs of my time with limited tools to open it, but at least I don't have to pay anyone to open it. I will submit claim to SentrySafe but I bet they would blame on me and deny it. Update 5/2015: I called SentrySafe and within few days received new safe replacement , adding 3+ starts back since now I can use it again - product support is very important and if company can fix their mistakes quick and pain free for consumer - thats the most important thing for me
