I liked the packaging, no damage to the mirror. I liked the design- very strong welded steel frame and flat glass with no distortion. The installation instructions were clear for three ways to safely hang this heavy mirror and frame. They were in English. The installation hardware was included and high quality. Much better construction than wood or plastic mitered corner mirrors at this or lower price points. Canadian company. The packaging had a China or Asian appearance but it did not say so. Relatively expensive but high quality. A four star value IMO.
