I purchased the tart cherry hoping it would help with my sleep and joint pain/inflammation. It’s definitely helped with my sleep. Now I fall asleep very fast. Before I would lay there for hours staring at the ceiling. My anxiety has also improved dramatically which was very unexpected. I feel like tart cherry has helped my anxiety more than prescriptions I’ve taken for anxiety. My joint pain and inflammation is improving. I think with continued use, it will continue to improve. This product has really helped me in many ways, and I will definitely continue to purchase. My husband is now also using it as well. He’s been happy with his results as well.
