I wear a size 20/22 bottoms and am 5'4" and 235lbs. I bought the 5xl overalls. They fit really well (a tiny bit snug on my mummy tummy), not too tight. The legs go to my ankles and the pockets are nice and deep. The material feels like a cotton blend, so I'm going to make sure to wash them on cold and line dry to prevent shrinking. My overalls have metal fasteners on the straps.
