I was originally shopping for blade replacements, but found this sharpener advertised and with the price at half of the new blades and favorable reviews, I was convinced this was worth a try. I followed the instructions and was very pleased with the results. I can't say for certain it returned it to brand new condition, but definitely good enough to save me from buying new blades, so has already paid for itself with first use. Since not every razor is assembled the same way, reasonably so, the instructions are pretty loosely stated, presuming that the user knows how to disassemble their razor. I have added a ~5min video documentation of the sharpening process for my Philips/Norelco 7110X (a very popular electric razor with the added trimmer on the back) to demoonstrate how easy and quick it is.
