WOW I wish I would have known about this sooner! This is so easy to use. Things I wish would have been included in the instructions: - There is a learning curve! You'll probably need to try it a few times before you get the hang of it. - Flip down the top when you're putting it on. You can watch YouTube videos on how to do this. - Squeeze in the middle (around the 3.5oz marker) to suction. If you squeeze lower, the suction will be stonger and might hurt. If you squeeze higher, the suction may not be strong enough to stay on. - Try to nurse in football hold or straight up and down (like you would in a carrier) to avoid baby knocking off the Haakka - Don't be worried if you don't get much the first time! It took a few days of using it every morning before I got more than a 0.5oz. Now that I have the hang of it, I LOVE it! I get 2.5 - 5oz during our morning feed. It is so much easier than washing all those pump parts and I'm building a huge freezer stash. I've been giving Haakkas as gifts to pregnant friends who have all reported back that they love it too!
