I really believe this cured and prevented my dogs endless ear infections. She hadn't had one for months, even after being in the lake all summer. However over time the product started to get really sticky and eventually turned to one large rock. I had to throw about a third of it away. Really dissapointing. I would have recommended to anyone in a heartbeat based on results alone. But it's a waste of money if I'm going to keep having to toss it. Update 11/16/15-within an hour of posting my review, the company called to apologize for the issue I experienced with the clumping. He immediately shipped a replacement and advised the formula had since been improved. He assured me I would not have an issue with hardening. I can't believe the exceptional customer service of this company! I'm upgrading my review to 3 stars based solely on this. As long as I don't have another issue with the clumping I will be more than happy to upgrade to 5 stars! This company truly cares for its customers! Very refreshing!
