I got this to make my go-to deep hair conditioning treatment and LOVE IT. It makes my hair much softer than other oils (coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, etc)... and the smell is very pleasant, though I do mix with a few drops of peppermint oil. It's thick and high quality - check out my video review to see the color, viscosity, etc. A little goes a long way. If you are getting this to eat/ingest, I'm sure it's great, too. Also, the price is right. Highly recommend!
