Oh my goodness. Can i just write a review for this amazing sleep mask. I am a travel *night shift nurse* who never has my own home to sleep in (hence the travel nurse part) - which means blackout curtains are a hassle or landlords are kinda iffy on letting me install them. I haven’t been too sure what to do most of the time and try to old school keep my head covered with blankets. Which is suffocating to say the least. This MASK THOUGH. not only is it blocking all my light it’s also providing headache relief after long shifts. As soon as I wrap it around my head (not even tightly just a normal way) my body instantly relaxes. I’m buying two more for international plane travel and an extra to have on hand. Hands down the best thing I’ve used as a shift worker, even above my blackout shades.
