I loved this product for the almost three weeks I had it. I have a German Shepherd who drinks a lot! The bowl was large for her to enjoy it and it held a lot of water for long walks. It was super easy to use and I love that it conserved water she didn't drink. Just three weeks after having it (and not using it daily), I went to press the button to allow water out and it all just fell apart. Usually, I don't believe reviewers who say this, but it was true! Three pieces with the button fell off and I couldn't get them back together. I contacted PupFlask and they are sending me a new one. I now also have the sling which I highly recommend. Makes carrying it a ton easier!
