This is such an embarrassing review. Who really wants to show pictures of how gross their carpet was before. This is one of the best carpet cleaners I have purchased. I have purchased 3 in the last 10 years. This is by far my favorite. It's quieter than my older bissell and is a killer cleaner. Easy to clean out all of the pieces and fairly light. (Gross photos for proof one was my floor one was my couch that I had previously cleaned with a bissell handheld model)
