*See update review following* So I bought this based on the positive reviews. I run 4 days a week and use a popular armband for my phone. Unfortunately, sometimes I end up with nasty chafing, even when using anti chafing stuff. I bought this to use with my Samsung S8+ (which does fit in the pouch, but I have to force and maneuver it a bit). I ordered a medium based on the suggestion for bicep size. Unfortunately, when I ran with this on my arm, it did not stay up. It slid down my arm, which caused my phone to bounce against the bony part of my elbow. I kept pushing it back up, but it did not stay. Based on the positive reviews, I suppose if you order the proper size it would work. I would suggest to be prepared for some maneuvering if you have a big phone to get it in the pouch, and maybe order a size down if your biceps are close to the smaller size. UPDATE: After posting my review, I was contacted within a couple days by E Tronic Edge offering me the smaller size free of charge. 2ND UPDATE: I received the small sized band and it works great. No more sliding down my arm at all. It is a little tight to get my Samsung S8+ with the case on, but it fits. Goes in smooth if I take the case off, though.
