The reviews scared me with this one, but I trusted Energizer enough to purchase anyway. Honestly, maybe I'm lucky, but I've had zero - seriously, ZERO - issues with this. I am also convinced that some reviewers just had no idea what they were doing. If you're assuming you don't need to read any of the supplied material, then you probably also shouldn't assume that you understand what the indicator symbols mean. Some reviewers said their batteries arrived bad... Maybe, but also, I'm 90% sure they just assumed the dead battery light was a bad battery indicator, and that the charging light was a dead battery light. Also, the thing beeps like twice when it's done charging - another reviewer made it seem like it was torturing them with the beeping. Maybe I'm wrong, in which case, my bad, sorry you bought the worst product ever (apparently), but also... Hear me out... Maybe this product works exactly as expected.
