Hi , I'm a Doctor in Physical Therapy and I have been using this particular brand of "roller stick" for the past 6 months. The results I achieve with persons I treat with cervical and lumbar spine are amazing/ some unbelievable. Unfortunately trigger points/knots are not visible for naked eye/palpitation nor can they be detected on MRI scan. This roller finds/locates it with ease. Great news is it helps to get rid of those knots with persistent use. Trigger points are not only the reasons for back/shoulder pain but are one of the major factors/contributors among others.
