This is a very well made and designed compression sleeve. I ordered the medium which works fine for me. My thigh measures 17" five inches above the knee. Pros: - Pleasant cooling/warming sensation when warn. Helps alleviate mild knee pain during heavy leg press. - Very comfortable and breathable (if you pick the right size) - Easy to put on and take off - Easily washable Cons: - I wish CopperJoint made them available as a pair for a slight discount - The measurement chart should be on the product description, not buried away in the pictures Overall: I'm happy with this compression sleeve since it actually does what it advertises.
