Since my neighbors insist on hanging a pot of flowers right outside my front porch, it has become a haven for all sorts of annoying chirpy little birds. Based on somewhat mixed reviews, I tried this tape and overall it seems to be doing the trick. I basically just unrolled about 2 feet of it, then pulled it through its own spindle hole and stuck it in the corner of my front porch. I no longer hear the birds as much and the amount of their crap has dropped off dramatically. So this was a much cheaper and safer solution overall. I would recommend getting at least a couple rolls of these and doing the same depending on your area that needs to be protected.
