AMAZING
This is the toner that I’ve spent so long looking for. I’ve tried various wella and ion toners and redken shades. Redken shades eq mixing 9p and 9v was getting me close to the platinum I so desired—but this product is even better. Needed 1.5 tubes for my medium length hair.
