I purchased this watch for my daughter for Christmas 2019. The watch worked perfectly, right out-of-the-box. The watch is super easy to charge and the battery life lasts for probably 3-4 days of continuous use. Switching the watch bands is also very easy. The app that you have to download to setup the watch isn't the best but it's not the worst either. Overall, my daughter and myself were satisfied with the watch. Unfortunately, by February my daughter accidentally broke the plastic piece on the actual watch part that connects into the watch band. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they replied almost immediately. They were very kind and understanding to my situation. They asked me to send pictures of the broken watch, which I did, they then made arrangements to get me a new watch. The company's response times to all my emails were extremely fast and my daughter had her new watch within a week of my first email. The new watch is great and I am very satisfied with the company and the product.
