I really like this product. It is my 1st opportunity to try topical Mg and I am very impressed. I have fibromyalgia and was suffering with frequent migraines, recently. The 1st application gave me immediate relief from severe foot pain. I apply it to all sore spots and there is a noticeable reduction in pain within minutes. I have also had a noriceable increase in energy and mood. This is an amazing product for an extremely reasonable price. It does cause some stinging and itching but it is tolerable. I don't like the sticky feeling it leaves, though, so i primarly apply it to my feet. If I apply it elsewhere, I rinse it off after the recomnended 20 mins. I had a coworker try it on her hands which were painful from our repetetive daily typing, her pain resolved in a few brief seconds. So i highly recommend this to anyone suffering with symptoms of Mg deficiency. I knew I was, oral Mg is irritating to the GI and I did not realize how little we actually absorb via that route. This product is clearly resolving that and I have eliminated my upset gut. Bonus!
