I don't understand the bad reviews. This appliance does what it's supposed to do and exceeds all expectations. The bad reviews are fake or from people who can't hold a screwdriver and talk at the same time. Make sure the drain hose is pushed onto the steel pump drain out tube (bottom rear of appliance) all the way in and make sure the clamp is set securely and properly around it. Read the manual and follow the instructions they provide. I'm washing several loads a day and it is performing like any large size washing machine just smaller. And Amazon delivery is the best there is. Ordered Thurs morning received everything for this order Fri afternoon. Order this washing machine if you need a small machine and have a sink and power supply close by. I also ordered a four wheel flat base dolly to set it on.. Perfect. Thanks all who worked hard to get my much needed appliances to me. Amazon is ruling the roost and I am much impressed. Update: I've had this machine about 2 weeks now and I just have to say this is one of the best appliances I ever have purchased for it's usefulness and dependability. Don't overload it and don't use too much detergent for perfect results every time. It gets your clothes clean, rinses and spins them almost completely dry. No more public laundry rooms for me.
