Stopped turning on/off after 5 days...not much use for a kitchen counter paper weight After originally giving this product a 1 star rating for the above problem, the Crownful Customer Service reached out to me. Going back and forth with several emails, they were very generous and replaced the Air Fryer Toaster Oven free of charge even after I had received a full refund. I consider that going above and beyond customer service which few companies do today. They seemed to be sincerely sorry for their product not working properly. I recommend this company just on the fact that they do listen and care about their customers.
