This is definitely my favorite go to mattress pad. It is nice and thick and cushy. It is not thick enough to be the only padding you add to a firm mattress but we use it on top of our foam mattress topper. I love that it fits so nicely-the rectangle shape lines up perfectly with the edges of my mattress and generous elastic sides fit well around the mattress without feeling like you just wrestled a bear.
