I go hiking every day... Today was my second day wearing these lovely pants and the day that will solidify my love and appreciation for these pants. This morning I encountered a rattlesnake nesting ground. While attempting to turn and make a mad dash for my life, I make eye contact with a tan rock like shape to my left. By the time I got out of the area, I went to take a snapchat of my encounter. During, I felt a sharp pain in my leg like I had gotten scratched. I look down and pull up my pants to see a small scratch and red mark. I got freakin bit by a rattlesnake! After seeking medical attention and being assisted by a park ranger... we can all attribute the lack of actual puncture to the pants I had on today. Thank you so much Columbia! I'll be buying more very soon!
