I've been using the products for over a month now (since July 3rd). I wanted to give them an honest "chance" to make sure I had enough time to see if they really worked for my body type. I'm a larger woman and was skeptical that I'd even see any results, especially since the products had to be used manually. (Would be AWESOME if they made an electric version) The product didn't come with any instructions on "how long" to use it during each session. So, that would probably be my only real complaint regarding instructions for use. My other gripe was that my arms got tired so I could only stand to do it for 20, sometimes 30 minutes at a time. I took a few Before and After pictures. You can check them for yourself. I think they worked as promised and I would purchase them again if this set wears out. Just be prepared to put in a little elbow work. Other than that, I liked the product.
