So a little history about me...I have always had great difficulties falling asleep. It usually takes about an hour or so. I also get unbelievable headaches. I haven't found anything to work for my headaches, not prescriptions, or anything over the counter, (advil, aleve, tylenol). So I had nothing to lose by trying this product. Let me say that I first ordered magnesium oil with aloe vera. I didn't like it one bit. I found it did nothing for me and the smell drove me nuts. I've only received the magnesium oil spray this last Thursday. So I've used it for 4 nights. I spray it on my feet, legs and wherever I can reach. Remember not to rub it in, as it must air dry, (doesn't take long). So for the 4 nights I fell asleep in record time! Wow, I could not believe it! I slept soundly,not even waking up to go to the bathroom. Also I found that I don't need to have the heat so high which is a big plus. Another thing, I had a headache coming on and I sprayed some on my forehead and back of neck. My headache went away almost immediately. So only 4 days later and I'm ordering 3 more bottles for family and a friend. Wish I had known about this product a long time ago.
