Dear Maggie and Vinnie; This is a great little scan tool that comes with exemplary customer support. This thing reads some of the features embedded in my cars' computer that would only be available in a higher vehicle trim level. I wasn't sure about some of the features of this scanner so before I purchased it I wrote to you with some questions. You responded right away with excellent advice regarding the use of apps needed to run it. You also cleared up a question I had about whether I had to be connected to wi-fi or cell service for the scanner to work with my smart phone. Turns out once I downloaded the app no further online connection was necessary.
