I am in love with this bag, if I could give it extra credit stars I would. Word to the wise- this bag really isn't for you if you pack a yogurt, a little package of protein and a snack bar as your lunch. It's way too large and I believe you'd find it to be a hassle lugging around. This bag is for people who are like me who go to the grocery store on Sunday, buy a bunch of veggies and prep them for the week. Then also buy some deli meat, a package of string cheese, 3-4 yogurts and a container of hummus and throw them into the work fridge to eat during the week. I work for a large company and was starting to find that sometimes my food would "sprout legs and run away" and that would leave me having to buy unhealthy lunches since those are the only food options around me. Now with all my food zipped away that shouldn't be an issue anymore! I included photos of empty Tupperware containers to give an estimate of just how much you can fit in this container. Other uses for this bag: great for children's sports, a day away at the beach or lake, packing a lunch (and ice packs) for a park or a child's field trip. It would hold a 6 pack for sure, possibly. 8 12 ounce cans plus room to spare.
