I would like to say this is the most amazing item I have ever received. I am going to be a bit descriptive in my review. I am doing this just so that everyone will understand a little bit about the item a little bit better than some of the reviews. Firstly, I want to let you all know that I am a Massage Therapist and I give this massager a 5-star rating. Secondly, I had noticed that some of the reviews had complained that the massager does not massage the way they wanted it to, the heat not being able to shut off, and it doesn't go down to the lumbar region. Let me explain that as a massage therapist this item is not meant to give you a "Shiatsu-like" massage. It is only meant to give you a vibration massage as it explained in the description. Next, I am 5 ft 3" woman who weighs 230 lb. This massager is not meant to massage your lower lumbar area. It is more for your cervical and thoracic areas which gives a nice vibration in the shoulders, the neck, and the middle back area. The vibration is strong enough as if you are getting a Swedish massage. Next, for those who complained about the heat and not being able to turn it off? You can turn off the key and still have a massage. The lower button that has the little squiggly lines all you have to do is press it once and it turns it off and you can still have a massage. Personally I do not know what people expect from this massager, but I truly love it and I would recommend it 1000% to pay the money and get it. It is not the type of massage that has the rollers that are pressing in and moving around which is like Shiatsu massage it is a vibration massage which is like a Swedish massage. It's nice and light but it's still hard enough that you can feel it and it will loosen your muscles. The heat as it explains will not heat up like a heating pad. The heat temperature is a warming heat. It will heat up to 130 degrees. I hope my review helps you to determine whether or not you will buy this product because I truly feel it is an amazing massager. I give it two thumbs up!
