I purchased this product since I have been a fan of Dolphin Robotic cleaner since around 2008. This would’ve been my 3rd awesome dolphin. But this one stopped working after less than a month. I know how it works, so I know I didn’t abuse it. I kept filter clean, but it would just stop after moving for a few seconds. I returned it and I got refunded less than half my money back. I’m not in a habit of returning items and I’ve been a prime Amazon member for a while. So, when a product fails in less than a month, I expect a full refund. Update: Wow, less than 24 hrs after I wrote this negative review, I’m issued a full refund. I haven’t received the money yet but I’m amazed with the speed it was handled. Now I’m not skeptical about Amazon anymore once again. This was a great move in their part. It keeps honest consumer like me to come back and purchase products from reputable company/seller such as this.
