I'm a big fan of "Girl With The Dogs" on youtube. Vanessa is a pet groomer who does really cute videos. She uses the Equigroomer in almost every video, and after seeing her use it on a cat, I decided to see if it would work for my 3 kitties. Oh my gosh, does it ever work! I could make a whole new cat with the hair that came off of them! I comb my kitties almost daily (1 is short haired, the other 2 are medium haired) but this thing really got fur off of them! I used it like Vanessa uses it, in short strokes down their body (the way a cat licks!) and then do a runthrough with their metal comb to get any leftover fur. My kitties LOVED the grooming and usually they aren't big fans of being combed. But they happily laid here and let me use the Equigroomer on them. I'm just happy to know that by using this, I'm helping them to not get hairballs!
