I had chronic pain in the left sinus above my eye for years. Went to an ENT, and he did some imaging, and told me he saw nothing wrong. Really? Then why am I in pain?? I started using this (vertical spray) several times per day, at first. My sinuses are noticably better. This took a few weeks of regular use for the pain to go away. As maintenance, I use it one or two times per day. I do not know what was causing the pain (the doctor had no answer either), but maybe there is fungus or bacteria that this spray kills. Also, maybe it reduces inflammation. I will continue to use it, because I am no longer in pain, and that is A VERY BIG DEAL.
